“Awesome…”
Only downside is parking… It is 15-16 Euro per day in remote (5min walk) garage, or in the street (but free places are hard to find). Rooms are very quite, clean and view is just wonderful. Price is also on plus side.

“Au cœur de la vieille ville, superbe!”
Dans un palazzo entièrement rénové, quatre chambres agréables ont été aménagées dans un style très dépouillé – le blanc domine – et une remarquable insonorisation permet de profiter d’une exceptionnelle vue sur le port sans souffrir du tout du bruit de la via sopra elevata.
L’accueil qui nous a été réservé à été d’une extrême gentillesse, nos hôtes n’ont pas compté leur temps pour nous aider sur tous les plans ( en particulier pour aller au parking le plus proche – compter 16 € par jour + 1 € par heure supplémentaire)
Nous reviendrons très certainement loger ici lors de notre prochain passage a Genova.

“Ospitalità d’eccezione, eleganza e cortesia”
Questo fantastico b&b si trova nella celebre via del campo, nel cuore pulsante di genova. E’ gestito da due persone di un’ospitalità e gentilezza fuori dal comune, Mi hanno davvero colpita le attenzioni riservate a noi ospiti e la voglia che traspariva di mettere a proprio agio e con ogni comfort possibile i clienti. Gli ambienti sono recentemente ristrutturati, arredati con enorme gusto, la pulizia è impeccabile e soggiornare qui è un vero piacere. La vista di cui si gode dalle stanze è impagabile. La cucina rimane a disposizione per bere una bevanda calda o scaldare una pietanza. La colazione offerta è stata ottima, con prodotti freschissimi e per ogni gusto.Penso che questa gestione debba essere d’esempio a chiunque svolga un’attività simile, Se tutti i b&b fossero così il turismo sarebbe decisamente incentivato. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

“Meraviglioso!”
Il b&b situato in un palazzo storico è molto suggestivo e la vista sul porto è stupenda…siamo stati in una camera molto accogliente, pulitissima e molto elegante nello stile d’arredo…bagno con tutto il necessario e spazioso..le colazioni sono abbondanti e la qualità del cibo ed il servizio sono eccellenti…i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza…ci torneremo sicuramente!!lo consiglierei a tutti…inoltre comodissima la posizione: a due passi dall’acquario e a due passi dal bellissimo centro storico!

“Un autentico gioiello”
In via del Campo, all’ultimo e al penultimo piano di un bellissimo palazzo storico davanti al porto e all’acquario di Genova, 4 stanze, 2 gestori, e tanta tantissima eccellenza. La superba non è evidentemente un nome dato a caso in quanto tutto ciò che si vive e vede qui è SUPERBO!
Dei gestori, amorevoli, professionali e di una accoglienza fuori dal normale hanno saputo creare un’oasi moderna con dettagli impeccabili in un contesto sensazionale. Le stanze sono comodissime, nuove di zecca e di gran classe grazie al mix dell’ antico/vintage e della semplicità dell’essenziale moderno. Le stanze della colazione (tutto fresco ed eccezionalmente buono), la terrazza con vista incredibile ad ogni ora del giorno, l’ingresso e ogni singolo angolo dei due piani sono curati nel minimo dettaglio con superba intelligenza. Se si aggiunge il fatto che la posizione è perfetta, il rapporto qualità prezzo (per una camera a fine Settembre) è ridicolo (70€), e il posto macchina (parcheggio a 30 secondi a piedi, 12-15€ a notte) non manca, beh, di nuovo, SUPERBA!

“Tutto perfetto!”
Ha ragione l’amico parigino: questo è un posto che egoisticamente si vorrebbe tenere segreto, tenere stretto per se stessi e forse spiega le poche recensioni. Ma non è giusto per i viaggiatori, e non lo è soprattutto per Diego e Reno, i fantastici gestori di questo strameraviglioso B&B!
L’eleganza della stanza (comodissima e pulitissima) è pari soltanto alla straordinaria vista sul porto antico che offre, alla professionalità e disponibilità squisita dei gestori, ed al perfetto posizionamento logistico dello splendido palazzo Durazzo Cattaneo, l’unico dei Rolli sul lungomare…
Mia moglie ed io siamo ancora esterrefatti dalla QUALITA’ TOTALE offerta dalla struttura e dalla simpaticissima ospitalità e simpatia offerta dai proprietari, altro che il trattamento anonimo e impersonale offerto dagli hotel, anche stellati.
La colazione è ottima come tutto il resto, veramente NESSUNA pecca!

“Il fascino del palazzo storico e il calore dell’accoglienza”
Soggiornare nello splendido palazzo storico dei Rolli “Durazzo Cattaneo” non è più soltanto un sogno, grazie a “La Superba Rooms & Breakfast”: le camere sono nuove, igienicamente perfette, arredate con gusto e raffinatezza, con meravigliosa vista sul mare e sulla città. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità, servita in appositi spazi sapientemente arredati e confortevoli. Chi ama la lettura, ha a disposizione un’ottima selezione di libri e può rilassarsi nella piccola sala lettura o sulla terrazza. Le camere al settimo piano infatti, hanno anche la disponibilità di una terrazza con sdraio e vista incantevole sul porto antico che di notte, illuminato, offre un magico spettacolo di luci . La posizione è strategica per visitare comodamente tutta la città. L’accoglienza è unica e si percepisce in maniera forte il calore delle persone e la loro sincera disponibilità.

“Une expérience unique !”
La Superba est une de ces adresses que l’on est tenté de garder pour soi et ses amis, mais il faut savoir partager… Ce “guest-house” se trouve dans un splendide palais baroque, la décoration y est sobre et raffinée, et l’accueil des deux hôtes juste parfait… Une pièce commune pour 2 chambres, rien de tel pour se sentir “chez soi”… En plus, il est situé de façon idéale pour visiter la ‘superbe’ ville de Gênes…

Wonderful location right in front of the port, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The view of the Port from the room and the terrace is incredible. The location is just across the Port and Aquarium. The room is a good size and the bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable especially loved the beddings, so luxurious. Reno, the owner was incredibly nice. We were coming in late and he called to make sure we are Ok. He walked with us to show us where to find good restaurants and after touring Italy for 5 weeks, it was so nice to finally have somebody who speaks English Fluently. Unfortunately we had to leave at 6:20am to catch a flight so we did not have a chance to eat breakfast but Reno, the owner was so nice to have yogurts and juice for us. Thank you Reno, I wish we had more time to enjoy your place. I’ll definitely come back.
The noise of the passing cars, so if you have a problem sleeping with noise, it might be an issue for you. Fortunately it was not a problem for me and my friend.

The La Superba was Superb! I received a very warm welcome from Reno & Diego on arrival. Reno was especially helpful in assisting me with questions, a map etc. The breakfast was fabulous with a wonderful selction of cereal, fruit and pastries. The rooms are stylishly decorated with the most wonderful, big, comfortable bed. There is a fantastic terrace with an amazing view of the Genoa port. I would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough. Fantastic B&B in a great location.

Reno and Diego were fantastic hosts. They were extremely helpful when we got a bit lost coming into the city and once we arrived, they sat down with us and marked off places on a map that they felt were worth seeing. Also important, they gave suggestions for the best places to eat and places to get gelato (fantastic recommendations on both). They were so accommodating and friendly. If I ever go back to Genoa, I would absolutely choose to stay with them.
If you are planning on driving, the parking is horrendous (which is not the fault of La Superba). It was really stressful driving in the city with the moped traffic (if you are not used to it) and getting lost while trying to find a place to park. Reno and Diego were incredibly helpful though and helped us find a place in a parking garage nearby (Minerva Garage in Piazza Bandiera, for anyone wondering).

Från första ögonblicket till det sista var man i trygga händer. Reno och Diego gjorde vad som krävdes för att jag skulle vara nöjd och en hel del utöver det. Dessutom höll faciliteterna toppklass. De till mig och med följde med och parkerade min bil. Allting andades omsorg om gästen och kändes väldigt personligt.
